The Lady of the Manor I always knew there would be a time when my duties to the Ethereon would require me to leave my home. I am not surprised by the timing, but I wish it had been under different circumstances… I’m getting ahead of myself. Allow me to explain the history of Aeloria Vale, my family’s influence there, and how I came to be known as the Lady of the Manor: My predecessors have deep roots in the community, having established the first iteration of the city as a mining operation. I can’t say for certain what caused the earthquake that swallowed that first Aeloria Vale into oblivion (it could have been the mines, but I have a feeling the Ethereon may have been involved), but a new city was built directly on top of the old. Naturally, some blamed my family for the misfortune that befell the old town, but no one could deny the good that the Ravenswoods had done for the citizens as a whole, including everything they put into rebuilding.
